History HP Ventures, Inc, was organized on Sept. 2014. It was established to primarily consolidate all the investments made by Mr. Henry Poblador (HP Group) with its first company organization traced in 2004. The main idea is to create a vehicle for investors to participate in the various business ventures created under the HP Group of Companies. It is a local outsourcing service oriented company with wide variety of services offered to its clients from across industries. The companys services include, Pre-Employment Screening, Credit Investigation, Property Verifications, Property Appraisal, Property Annotations etc. Infovision Research Systems, Inc. is an HP Ventures, Inc. flagship entity remitting 30% of its profits to the company. For over a decade, Infovision Research Systems, Inc. boasts of several milestones such as the only company within its industry with a widest footprint in the entire country. The company employs more or less a hundred people in its payroll including correspondents from key cities and provinces. On 2011, HP Ventures, Inc. and Infovision Research Systems formed a joint venture, through the Link2Info Outsourcing Services. The partnership was formed with Ms. Olivia Poblador, as the registered owner. The company started commercial operations on the latter part of 2011 with most of its business mimicking its parent firm the Infovision Research Systems, Inc., although the focus is into Pre-Employment Screening Process primarily catering to the Business Process Outsourcing market. The company started to earn profit only in 2013 and had remitted earnings to HP Ventures starting that year.

In the year 2010, the IRS decided to buy 2 residential condo units at SMDC Sea Residences located near Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The property is supposedly envisioned to serve as the staff house of the owners when in Manila. However, after its turnover in the latter part of 2011, since it is seldom used, the company decided to rent it out. Buoyed with the good business atmosphere and rental income, the company, in 2012 added another 2 units in the same location while a fifth unit was leased. The properties then formed part of the 5 units Henzplace@Sea Residences. This is a property leasing, management and condotel operations business. Since 2011, the company started to receive guests from around the world. It can be accessed through the www.henzplace.com website. Henzplace@Sea Residences is also a joint venture of HP Ventures, Inc. and Infovision Research Systems, Inc. under the direct management of Mr. Henry Poblador. It is starting to remit earnings to the mother company starting in 2013. The company has also made investments for a two unit studio type residential condo units at the Avida Riala Tower 1 which is located just within the Cebu IT Park District. Upon turn over in 2016, the property will also be rented so as to make it self- liquidating in the near future. The Henzplace@Sea Residences, Avida Riala condo units and various lot acquisitions through short term payment modes will form part on the Real Estate investments of HP Ventures, Inc. Five years ago, Jobs vision Human Capital Resources and Services, a company to be engaged in manpower placement, staffing and sourcing was formed. However, it was only operational until the latter part of 2013. The company is currently serving the manpower, recruitment and sourcing of the HP Group of Companies. It is also taking care of the HR functions of the group through various HR Services such as placement, consultancy, training, personnel evaluation, testing, sourcing etc.
Once a license/permits can be obtained from the Department of Labor and Employment, Jobsvision Human Capital Services will be made available outside of the HP Group. In March 2013, a trading arm of the HP Group was formed. The Infotrade Resources is another joint venture by HP Ventures, Inc. and the Infovision Research Systems, Inc. which manufacture, tooling, and engage in the distribution of various products such as battery solutions, oils and lubes, automotive and car batteries etc.
